Aditional payments:

- Rent of apartment for less than 3 days: 20% higher prices
- Costs for final cleaning: 40 €
- Sauna (up to 4 persons): 25 €; additional persons: 5 €/person
- Domestic animals - with agreement: 6 €.

Discounts:
- Children under 2 years of age: free
